- Each clan 12x12 space will receive a parking pass that will allow free admission to the parking lot of the games.
- When entering the fairgrounds (main gate), the parking staff will collect the 'FREE ENTRY STUB' for the appropriate day.
- The clan parking is on the right side after entering the main gate. You MUST be in the right line to take the first turn to enter the CLAN Parking Area.
- Disply your parking pass on drivers side of dash .
- Inform the parking staff you are with the CLANS and need to go to the CLAN PARKING AREA.
- Parking pass must remain in window while parked in the CLAN PARKING AREA. Parking is by permit only in that area.
- THERE ARE NO IN AND OUT PRIVILEGES) -- reenties to the parking lot during the actual Games without a "free entry stub" will require payment of a $4.00 parking fee.
- Trailer parking is on grounds this year. Ask for permit when you check in at the clan area. Limited Number of space so check with me when you arrive.
- If CLAN PARKING AREA is full you will need to park in the general event parking area as directed by parking staff.
